FAQ

1、Can not start or hard to start

（1）operation problem

Switch at “ON” position, fuel cock at “ON” position, Choke closing(choke openning upon hot machine), oil short.

（2）circuit

 a、Spark plug. Too much carbon deposition on spark plug, clean carbon deposition; gap between electrode of spark plug is too big or too small, adjust to 0.6-0.8mm; change spark plug if electrode worn, insolation porcelain broken, damage or corrosion.

 b、Ignitor. If spark plug has no problem, checking if ignitor has electricity. If no electricity, checking if there is damage of ignitor, flying wheel, unilateral conductor, oil sensor.

（3）fuel

Checking: if water mixed in fuel tank, oil cock, fuel in carburetor

（4）air intaking system

a、Air filter: Checking if too much dust in air filter. If yes, clean air filter, dry spark plug.

b、Air valve: valve clearance is too big or too small, adjust the intaking clearance to 0.10-0.15, exhaust valve clearance to 0.15-0.20.

（5）pressure in cylinder is too low

generally there is air leakage at somewhere, solution as follows：

a、Checking if cylinder head and crankcase, spark plug and cylinder header assembled properly and tightly, or seal unassembled.

b、Replace piston ring if worn heavily.

c、Air valve stunk, clear carbon deposition or replace air valve directly

（6、）Exhaust system

Checking if muffler internal is too dirt or blocked.

2、Power shortage of engine

（1）check air valve clearance;

（2）check speed adjusting system, if engine hunting

（3）check position of carburetor choke

（4）check if air leakage of cylinder head;

（5）check if cylinder body, piston, piston ring worn;

（6）Check if air filter blocked.

3、FAQ of generator

（1）no output of voltage

No voltage output, inspecting whether there is voltage output from stator by using multimeter; if yes, checking if there are bad cable connecting or non-connecting; if no, check if carbon brush and slip ring contacts well, if bad contacts, replace carbon brush, if good contacts, then checking if there is exciting circuit; if there is no exciting circuit, repalce AVR; if yes, checking voltage output of by-winding of stator; if there is no voltage output, replace stator;

（2）high voltage output

 Adjusting AVR, if does not work, then check if there is voltage input to AVR,if yes, then check voltage output of by-winding of stator, if there is problem of voltage output, replace stator. If still not work, replace AVR.

（3）Low voltage output

Adjusting AVR, if does not work, then check voltage output of by-winding of stator, if there is problem of voltage output, replace stator. If still not work, replace AVR.

（4）No indication of voltmeter

Check the voltage between two ends of voltmeter,if there is no voltage, then check if cable is conneting tightly; if there is voltage, voltmeter damaged, replace voltmeter.

（5）can not shut down

Check switch cable connecting

4、FAQ of water pump

（1）check if you fulfill water in the pump

（2）check if filter blocked

（3）Check if air leakage from water intaking pipe conneting.

（4）Check if air leakage because damage of water intaking pipe

（5）Check whether the suction is too high

（6）Water leakage because of damage of water seal
